Proven ability to lead all phases of construction and renovation projects across multiple industries. Adept at scheduling, budgeting, estimating, costing, and subcontractors’ supervision. Highly knowledgeable in general building trades. Extensive familiarity with safety, code, OSHA regulatory compliance, and on-site management. Ability to perform feasibility studies and recommend cost reduction. Outstanding presentation and communication skills.
